Official Registration of Introductions
- All buyer or seller introductions are documented internally through an official Lead Registration Form.
- Timestamped, verifiable records ensure your introduction is legally protected under IMS.
NCNDAs and Fee Agreements
- Where needed, IMS will immediately enter into NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreements) and Commission Agreements with associates to protect their position and compensation.
Full Transparency on Deal Progress
- Associates are kept updated on deal progress stages: Verification → Documentation → Negotiation → Closure.
Binding Commission Commitments
- Once a deal progresses, associate commissions are locked in via a written Side Letter Agreement — guaranteeing your payout upon deal closure.
Anti-Circumvention & Anti-Theft Guarantees
- Any attempt by clients or third parties to bypass an introducing associate will trigger enforcement under Indonesian and international commercial law frameworks, with IMS fully supporting the original introducer.
